Within this scope, we carried out a comprehensive retrofit of a front bumper hole drilling machine belonging to our client. As a result, both the mechanical and operational performance of the machine were significantly improved.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"846\">Scope of the Retrofit and Needs Analysis<\/h3><p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"1093\">Due to long-term use, the existing machine was experiencing tolerance issues, reduced surface quality, and extended process times. In particular, hole positioning accuracy and edge quality were insufficient to meet serial production requirements.<\/p><p data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1166\">Based on detailed analysis, the following priorities were identified:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1285\"><li data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1199\"><p data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1199\">Increasing drilling accuracy<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1229\"><p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1229\">Minimizing burr formation<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1253\"><p data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1253\">Reducing cycle time<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1285\"><p data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1285\">Improving process stability<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1346\">Integration of the Milling Motor Hole Drilling System<\/h3><p data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1608\">The most critical step of the retrofit was the integration of milling motors into the machine.
